Whether you visit us in person at our 1 Walnut Street showroom and gift shop, connect with us through our website, or call us directly, every project starts with a thoughtful conversation. We take the time to review our approach and gain a clear understanding of your project goals.
Design is deeply personal, and we approach every project with great care, knowing we are a part of your journey. Your space is an extension of your life, and we are honored to help shape it with intention and thoughtfulness.
Depending on the scope of your needs, we may work with you on site at no charge to assist with a la carte selections such as fabrics, materials, or individual furnishings including sofas, chairs, dining tables, and more. A member of our design team is available to guide you through selections, or you are welcome to explore our design center catalogs and material library independently.
For projects requiring full design services or more comprehensive assistance, we schedule an in-home consultation to experience your space firsthand. During this visit, we take detailed notes, photographs, and measurements while discussing your functional requirements, aesthetic preferences, and overall vision.
From there, we develop a fully customized design proposal tailored specifically to you. Each project is approached individually and thoughtfully designed around your lifestyle. You are then invited back to our showroom to review the proposal together, where collaboration truly begins. We ensure you feel confident and inspired by the design before moving forward.
Throughout the process, we carefully consider room layout, ergonomics, material quality, customization options, and every detail necessary to achieve a beautiful and highly functional result.
